Britannia was one of the first manufacturers to begin producing range cookers, with the company being first established in 1985. Today, Britannia is the leading range cooker specialist offering a large number of high quality cookers amongst a variety of ranges to suit all tastes and requirements.

Not only do Britannia range cookers look smart and extremely sophisticated, but they offer a range of features that ensure they deliver outstanding cooking results. Simplicity is a main focus of Britannia, and although some models do some complicated cooking, the hard work is taken out of the hands of the user and into the hands of the features.

Features include, Quickstart; enabling ovens to reach 200ºC in just six minutes (three times fast than most ovens), Multifunctional; providing flexibility using different cooking elements throughout the oven, Variable Hob Speeds; providing different hob sizes and heat levels, Noise level; low noise level is ideal in open plan kitchens, and finally all Britannia range cookers are ergonomically designed, with removable doors for cleaning, height adjustable feet and integral cooling to keep the control panel and knobs cool.

Sigma Edition

The Sigma Edition collection includes the option of three colours, pure white, velvet red and tangerine. They all include a six burner hob, dual fuel, twin oven and measure 100cms. The twin ovens feature and integral electric grill, triple-glazed door, stay clean liners, energy rating A, flame failure device, electronic ignition, cast iron pan supports and storage drawer. The double ovens are split into one 60cm and a 40cm. The larger oven has the QuickStart feature, a nine function electric oven and a fully automatic programmer and minute winder. The smaller oven is a four function electric oven and a Rotisserie for spit roasting.

Sigma

The Sigma range includes all of the features of the Sigma Editions range and are available in the following sizes: 150cm, 120cm, 110 cm XG (extra grill), 100cm XG, 100cm, 90cm twin and 90cm single range cooker. The larger range cookers also feature an internal oven light, separate grill compartment with telescopic shelf runners, grill pan and reversible trivet for two grilling heights.

Dynasty

This collection will suit a variety of kitchen styles and are available in a stylish range of cookers, stainless steel, gloss black and cream. The features included are the same of the Sigma collection and are available in sizes 110cm XG (extra grill), 100cm XG, 100cm.

Classic

The Classic collection has an elegant and traditional design. The features on board are modern and efficient with an A rating for efficiency. The feature a grill compartment in all oven with an extra dedicated grill in the XG models and are available in sizes 150cm, 120cm, 110cm XG, 100cm XG, 100cm, 90cm twin, 90cm single.

L Line

These smart range cookers are very popular with an efficiency rating A and colour option of stainless steel and graphite.

E Line

Still a smart collection, but this range has an efficiency rating of B. Available in sizes 100cm and 90cm twin and in stainless steel and gloss black.

The Britannia Chef Top is an additional feature to any of the Britannia range cookers. The stainless steel plate can be placed over the centre burner and can be used as you would use a frying pan or griddle. The Chef Top is ideal for cooking dishes such as omelettes, fish, steak, veg etc. This healthy way of cooking is a welcome extra and can be easily cleaned with soapy water.
